Shortbread Chocolate Roses


ingredients:
- 190 g butter
- 75g icing sugar
- 1 egg white
- 200 g flour
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- jam
method:

1. In a bowl, mix  with a wooden spoon the softened butter then add the icing sugar and salt.
2. Stir in egg white and then the sifted flour with cocoa powder.
3. Mix until smooth and blended.
4. Using a bag with a fluted tip, form rosettes on a sheet of parchment paper placed on a baking sheet.
5. Bake 15 minutes in a preheated 180 ° C (350 ° F) (gas 6) oven.
6. At the exit of the oven and let cool.
7. Using a spoon, stick the cookies in pairs with jam.
