Flan with raisins and honey recipe


ingredients:
5 eggs
1 liter of milk
250 g flour
Sugar 180 g
200 g raisins
2 tablespoons liquid honey
icing sugar
method:

Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
Soak the raisins in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, beat the egg omelette. Mix sugar and flour and add gradually to the egg. When the mixture is homogeneous, pour half the milk and mix. When there are no lumps, add the remaining milk and continue to mix.
Add the raisins, honey
Put the dough in a buttered baking dish. Bake 55 minutes.
Once the custard is cooked, sprinkle with icing sugar and drink it warm or cold.
