Shortbread with jam


ingredients:
250 g butter
125 g sugar crystallizes
125g cornflour
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
flour
jam
method:

Mix butter and sugar in a container, as soon as the mixture becomes like a "pomade", add the cornstarch and egg, mix well, add the yeast and vanilla with dry flour until d a smooth paste  Place in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough and cut with cookie parts and place in a greased tray and bake at 180 degrees.
We must monitor the cooking because it cooks faster and shortbread should keep white.
When the biscuits are cooked, stick them with jam of your choice and sprinkle with icing sugar.
