ingredients:
1 head cauliflower medium
200g mushrooms, cut into strips
1 large or 2 small onion, cut into large cubes
1 can of tuna drained well
100g grated cheese
4 tablespoons cooking oil has

method:
Separate the cauliflower into florets and cook in salted water, then drain.
