Chocolate cream


ingredients:
50 g sifted flour
50g sugar
30 g unsweetened cocoa sifted
1 egg
40 cl of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 drop of almond flavor
method:

Put the flour, sugar and cocoa in a bowl, form a well and put the egg.
Mix by pouring the whey to small
Add flavorings.
Then pour the contents of the bowl in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
If necessary through a fine strainer to remove any lumps.
Taste fresh.
