chocolate mousse


ingredients:
100 g chocolate dessert
50 cl of liquid cream
25g sugar
6 g of gelatin sheet
method:

1. Soak the gelatin in cold water.
2. In a saucepan, heat the cream.
3. Break the chocolate into pieces, add the cream and sugar. Stir constantly until the chocolate is melted.
4. Continue to stir until it boils and out of the fire.
5. Squeeze the gelatine leaves and drop them into the above mixture to melt.
6. Pour into small individual pots and then put in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours
