Shortbread with jam and chocolate and pistachios


ingredients:
125g butter
3/4 brown sugar glass
1 egg
1 3/4 cup flour
1/4 glass cake flour for yeast incorporated
To finish:
jam
melted chocolate
pistachios kibbled
method:

Using an electric mixer, mix the butter, sugar and egg.
Add the flour in 2 times 2.
Knead the dough.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Roll out on floured surface to 3 mm thick.
Cut rings by means of a punch.
Bake in a moderate oven for 12 min.
Spread chocolate or jam on a ring then assemble the rings two by two.
Cover a portion of chocolate and pistachios
let it  dry.
