Peanut Balls recipe

ingredients:
500g peanuts
3 small eggs
150g icing sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
Zest of 1 lemon

method:

Toast the peanuts and reduce powder (without skin).
In a bowl, combine peanuts, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest, the packet of yeast and eggs. (Add an egg if necessary).
Form small balls, place in the icing sugar and put them on paper boxes. Bake 10 minutes in a moderate oven.
