Biscuits with sesame seeds


ingredients:
140 grams of ghee
280 grams of flour
70g icing sugar
50g toasted sesame seeds whole
80g toasted sesame seeds and ground
1/2 teaspoon baking powder to coffee
method:


Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Beat butter with icing sugar cooled for 5 minutes.
Add the whole seeds and ground sesame seeds and mix.
Stir in flour and baking powder and mix with your hands to scoop the batter.
Make 22 balls with your dough and shape it according to your taste.
For me I have finger-like form, then I have to decorate a special cake footprint.
Transfer your cake in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
