shortbread with chocolate


ingredients:
- 250 g soft butter
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp cocoa
- 1 tbsp vanilla powder
- 100 g ground peanuts
- Flour as needed
For the decoration:
Dark chocolate and white chocolate
method:

* Mix the softened butter with the sugar for a creamy mixture.
* Add the egg yolks and beat well the mixture then add the ground peanuts. You can toast to "spice up" a little taste, but I did not! Also add the cornstarch and a little flour (not all)
* Divide the dough into two: add one tablespoon of cocoa and the other one tablespoon vanilla powder. Pick up each dough with flour to make a smooth paste.
* Roll out each dough and cut your shapes. I used a cookie cutter in the shape of "drop", it changes a little square and round!
* Bake cookies on a baking sheet with parchment paper in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for ten minutes.
* After cooling, the paste in pairs with jam: a chocolate biscuit with a vanilla cookie. Cover with a dark chocolate frosting and when it is dry, making stripes of white chocolate. Finally, sprinkle with silver glitter food. This is a treat!
