biscuit with jam recipe


ingredients:
flour
500g butter, softened
250g icing sugar
1 and 2 egg yolks
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt spoon
1/2 teaspoon baking powder to coffee
of strawberry jam
icing sugar for decoration
method:

Beat butter and sugar for 5 minutes.
Add egg, 2 yolks, and salt and continue beating for 2 minutes.
Stir in vanilla, flour and baking powder.
Mix with your hands to scoop the batter.
Cover it and let it sit for 30 minutes.
On a floured surface, roll out your dough to a thickness of 3 mm.
Cut with a cookie cutter of your choice (oval for me).
With a smaller cookie cutter, make a hole in the center (half the amount of sand).
Transfer to a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Putting holes in a sand tray and sprinkle with icing sugar using a sieve.
To the center of each sand holes not good coffee spoon of strawberry jam.
Glue the two sides together
