Bites peanuts and coconut


ingredients:
500g skinless peanuts
250g caster sugar
4 eggs
250g grated coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder (7g)
2 tablespoons jam
decoration:
1 cup of icing sugar to coat
A little of cinnamon
method:

Start with brown peanuts in the oven for ten minutes before they grind it but not too finely.
In a bowl, mix the ground peanuts, sugar, eggs, coconut, baking powder and jam.
Form patties with peanut paste, coat with icing sugar, not to seek to remove excess sugar, instead to have a beautiful white veil after cooking really well coated properly.
Place each ball in a box of paper, put them in a baking dish and garnish with a little cinnamon on top.
Cook them in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 7 minutes.
