valentine cake with banana


ingredients:
250 grams of flour
120 grams of sugar
150 gr butter   1 nut
3 eggs
5 g of yeast
1 banana, not too ripe
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla mocha powder or 1 vanilla
method:
Mix the softened butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one, then the flour and yeast mixed. Finish preparing the dough with vanilla perfuming.
Peel and cut the banana into pieces about 1 cm. In a frying pan non-stick coating, melt and brown nut butter over high heat. Add the banana pieces and sprinkle with brown sugar. Be sure to stir constantly so that the mixture does not stick. When the pieces of fruit took an amber color and caramel has formed,  Book and leave to cool before adding the mixture of fruit pulp. Lift gently with a spatula to incorporate.
Pour into a cake tin lined and bake for 20 minutes baking at 180 °.
