Gingerbread with rye flour


ingredients:
125 g rye flour
125 g wheat flour
10 g yeast
Honey 360 g
2 eggs
10cl milk
40 g of brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon of spices 4
1 pinch of anise
70 g candied orange peel, diced
method:

Melt the honey and sugar.
In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder, make a well, put the eggs, cold milk and spices. Mix.
Stir sugar still lukewarm honey, candied peel, mix until the dough is smooth.
Bake at 180 degrees about 40 minutes. Remove from pans, cool, wrap in plastic wrap and bread 48 spices in the vegetable drawer of the refrigerator.
