Chocolate and almond biscuit


ingredients:
- 3 packets of biscuits powdered
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 2 teaspoons of instant coffee
- 200g of oven roasted and powdered almonds
- 500g dark chocolate
- 150g butter
- 300g of chocolate - Small paper boxes
method:

- Dissolve the instant coffee in 2 tablespoons hot water soup.
- Put in a bowl the almond powder, powder biscuits, sifted cocoa, instant coffee, mix all together and mix with melted butter and all the work to get a smooth paste.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler, add 2 tablespoons oil to smooth chocolate.
- Shaping of almond mixture of small ball about the size of cherry, have them as to the extent of baking trays and cover with melted chocolate, decorate them with chocolate vermicelli, put them in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
