Double chocolate muffins


ingredients:
90 grams of butter
100 grams of black chocolate
250 grams of flour
1 coffee spoon of baking powder
1/2 coffee spoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 coffee spoon of vanilla
100 grams of sugar
1 large egg
250 ml of milk
100 grams of chocolate chips
method:
Garnish 12 muffins mussels with boxes.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients
(flour, baking powder, vanilla, baking soda, cocoa, 70g chocolate chips and sugar).
Melt the chocolate with the milk and butter and let cool.
Add egg and beat well.
Incorporate the latter mixture to dry ingredients and mix.
Fill the boxes with 3/4 and scatter the rest of the chips on the surface.
Bake for 25 minutes
