flowers cake


ingredients:
250g butter 
250g icing sugar
500g cornflour
1 pack and a half of baking powder
3 eggs
flour
A little red dye 
For the decoration:
Marzipan or sugar paste has
jam
coco nuts
Brilliant food or pearls
method:

Prepare the dough, mix well for that butter and sugar, add eggs and food coloring and mix. Stir in cornstarch and baking powder and flour gradually until obtaining a paste. Let stand 3/4 hours approximately.
Lower the dough and cut out with a cookie cutter and bake in a hot oven.
After baking the cakes stick one by one  with jam
Brush the edges of jam and coat with coconut.
On a work surface dusted with cornstarch, roll out the almond paste, cut out leaves or flowers with the help of a punch and set the cake with a little jam. Put food pearl
