chocolate roll


ingredients:
5 tablespoons Nutella
4 eggs
120 g caster sugar
40 g flour
1 pinch of salt
method:


1 - Preheat oven to 180 ° C (gas mark 6).
2 - Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Whip the egg yolks with the sugar to the mixture whitens. Add the flour.
3 - In another bowl, add a pinch of salt to the egg whites, then bring in the snow. Add the egg whites gradually preparation. Mix gently.
4 - Roll out the dough on a baking sheet and put in oven and bake 10 to 15 minutes.
5 - Remove the cake from the oven, roll it gently into a clean, damp cloth. Let it take its shape for a few moments.
6 - Unroll and spread it to Nutella. Roll it tight.
7 - Pour on top of the log of Nutella smoothing with a spatula.
8 - Cut both ends of the roll to have a flawless finish and decorate as you wish.
Serve at room temperature
