small cake with nutella


ingredients:
For the dough
250g butter, softened
125 grams of sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
vanilla
500 grams of flour
For decoration
a wrist nuts (almonds, pistachios, peanuts, coconut, sesames ....)
Nutella
1 egg yolk
20 grams of dark chocolate or milk chocolate
method:

Beat butter and sugar for 5 minutes using an electric mixer.
Add the egg yolk.
Add the vanilla, salt, baking powder and flour and pick up the mixture into a ball of dough.
Cover your dough and let stand 1/2 hour.
Spread the dough on a lightly floured surface.
Cut out circles with a cookie cutter.
Making a hole with a cap in the center of half the quantity of the discs.
Brush hard holes with egg yolk and sprinkle with nuts (for me).
Transfer to a baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Paste your cookies with Nutella.
Decorate with chocolate.
