Raspberry-banana cake and white chocolate mousse


ingredients:
5 eggs
1 tablet dessert NESTLE White
1 tablet NESTLE dessert
100 g caster sugar and 30 g of sugar
40 g soft butter
100 g flour
200g raspberries
4 bananas
150 ml whipping cream
method:

1. Preheat oven to th.7 (200 ° C).
2. Prepare the biscuit roll: Melt the chocolate and butter, add the flour mix. Add the egg yolks and 100g sugar.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually add in the preparation.
4. Grease and flour a baking sheet. Pour and cook about 10 minutes.
5. Turn out the biscuit.
6. Let fry the bananas with the rest by cutting sugar in length. Crouch into a mold with plastic wrap, add a layer of biscuits, bananas and raspberries, a new layer of biscuit.
7. Melt white chocolate in a double boiler, pour into a bowl. Beat the cream and stir the chocolate. Pour over the cake and top with another cookie. Refrigerate 1 hour.
