ingredients:
250g butter, softened
320g sifted flour
125g sifted icing sugar
1 tablespoon milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
method:

Using an electric mixer Mix the butter until creamy.
and add  ingredients
Mix until dough forms a smooth ball. you can add food coloring if you want. Put it  in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
roll the dough to about 6 mm thick.
Cut shapes with the help of a cutter. I have put the tray of cookies in the fridge for 10 minutes before bake
Bake on a baking tray for 12 minutes.
Decorate with sugar paste if you want.
