peanut cake recipe


ingredients:
1 cup of sugar
1 bowl of oil
2 cups roasted peanuts and ground
1 vanilla sugar (optional)
flour
decoration:
cinnamon and boxes
method:

First mix the sugar and oil, and vanilla if you put sugar. Then add the peanuts.
Mix well and put the flour until you can make small balls, keep in mind that you will add more flour, more cakes will be less melting so go easy.
Form small balls and place them in boxes, sprinkle with cinnamon and bake in a hot oven.
Monitor cooking because they cook very quickly especially the bottom, they have lightly browned.
Allow to cool before keeping them in an airtight container.
