ingredients:
2 cockerels about 450g
1 small onion, chopped
1 good teaspoon dried ground ginger
1 can of 33 cl of orange soda
1 tsp honey
1 large bay leaf
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp olive oil

method:
In a pan, slice the onion finely and sauté in olive oil until translucent. Add a spoon of ginger and cook with the onion.
