strawberry yogurt recipe


ingredients :
300g Strawberry
250g natural yoghurt
vanilla
6 tablespoons caster sugar has
2 tablespoons soup has strawberry jam
8 grams of gelatin
method:
To soften the gelatin in water.
Mix strawberries with electric mixer for mashed.
Put the puree in a saucepan, add the jam and sugar.

Put the pan over low heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add gelatin and stir for 2 minutes, remove from heat and let cool.
Once cooled, add the yogurt, vanilla and mix well.
Pour into 4 to 6 glasses if yours are small and chill for 4 hours.
Just before serving decorate according to your taste.
