1 egg white (40 g)
80g icing sugar
120g ground almonds
1 tablespoon orange blossom water
10 small cubes of candied fruit
method :
1. In a bowl, mix the sugar and almond powder.
2. Stir in egg white and orange flower water. The dough should be soft enough.
3. Using a pastry bag fitted with a star tip, make small heaps of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Post a diced candied fruit on each cake.
5. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 C. The cookies will harden slightly as it cools.
