ingredients :
250 ml of milk
200g strawberries pureed
1 tablespoon sugar
50g cornflour
100g white chocolate
1 egg
20g butter
whipped cream for garnish
2 whole strawberries
method:
Put all ingredients in a saucepan except whipped cream and whole strawberries.
Mix well with a whisk.
Put the saucepan over low heat, stirring until thickened cream.
Cover and let cool.
Divide it into four glasses.
Place in the fridge.
Just before serving garnish with whipped cream and strawberries, halved or quartered.
