Apricot cake with almonds


ingredients:
- 400 g apricots
- 100 g of sugar cubes
- 100 g of sugar
- 125 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 60 g butter + for mold
- 1/2 teaspoon baking
- Almonds
method:
* In a saucepan, melt the sugar cubes
with 2 tablespoons water. Butter a pie pan, then pour the caramel into the bottom of the mold.
* Open apricots  on 2 and lay the curved side in the mold. Preheat oven to 210 ° C (th7).
* Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar until frothy, then add the flour and baking powder and mix thoroughly.
Add and mix the melted butter.
Pour over the apricots and cook 35 minutes.
* Remove the cake from the oven and unmold in a slightly deep dish.
Cool. Garnish with sliced ​​almonds
