Cream almond syrup


ingredients:
500 ml of milk
3-4 tbsp almond syrup (to taste)
30g sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
decoration:
Chocolate chips
method:
In a saucepan, combine cold milk, sugar, syrup and cornstarch.
Mix well and thicken over low heat while stirring constantly.

When the mixture has been the consistency of cream, pour into 4 glasses.
Allow to cool before placing in the fridge to take the cream.
Just before serving, decorate with chocolate shavings
