3 large eggs
100g sugar
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
250g mascarpone

method:
In a bowl break the egg and mount whites aside.

Then pour half the mascarpone mixture
Take other boudoirs, soak them again and ask about the cream.
Top with remaining cream and decorate with strawberries.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, the better, overnight, it will only get better.
