ingredients:
3 eggs
½ cup icing sugar
1 large glass of melted butter
½ teaspoon baking powder
250g ground nuts coconut (the grind because it gives more flavor)
Cornstarch 1 package (about 400g)
Icing sugar for coating (optional)
method:
In a bowl break the eggs, mix with the sugar, add the butter and yeast.
Mix well by pouring the cornstarch and coconut at the end.
If you see that the dough is still a little soft in order to form balls, add the coconut until you can form balls with the dough.
Form balls and a punch make decorations, or you can pretty much leave-shaped balls.
Bake but do not get too brown the top, the bottom line is that this is done, you can see by looking at the bottom.
Allow to cool before icing sugar coat or like me here let nature decorate a little jam and top with colored sugar.
