ingredients:

1 cube of chicken broth
2 bay leaves
1 liter of boiling water
fresh rosemary (optional)
method:
Heat the olive oil in a pot.
add onions and cook them for 5 minutes over low heat.
Stir in garlic and fresh and continue cooking for 2 minutes ginger.

Add the meat, spices, salt and bay leaves.
Cover and cook until the meat changes color.
At this point, pour boiling water and crumbled stock cube.
Cover and cook for 40 minutes.
Add potatoes, potatoes and olives bleached 3 times in boiling water.
Cover and cook until potatoes are tender (20 minutes or more).
Serve with finely chopped rosemary.
