100g Sugar
100g dark chocolate
100g almonds
Method:
Toast almonds in the oven for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
Other pat, melt the sugar over low heat until a caramel. Remove the almonds from the oven and let cool.
Add to first mixture and stir everything.
Pour the almond mixture onto a baking paper and let cool.
Melt the chocolate in a bain marie.
Dip each almond into the melted chocolate and let them dry.
Serve your black chocolate dragees.
