Potato pancakes recipe

ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
2 eggs
oil
Salt and pepper
method:

Peel and grate the potatoes with a large grater. Put them in a bowl, add the eggs, salt and pepper and mix well.
Form into patties of potatoes a centimeter thick in helping you to a small circle pin.
6 Preheat the oven (180 °).

Heat a little oil in a pan. When hot, put the potato patties in the pan. Cook 3 minutes, then turn the pancake and cook 2 minutes. Drain it on paper towels and repeat until all the preparation.
Place patties on a baking sheet covered with oiled parchment paper. Cover with a sheet of aluminum foil and bake. Make curie 15 minutes.
Serve right out of the oven with a green salad or as an accompaniment to meat.
