ingredients :
5 egg yolks
100g caster sugar
500 ml cream
vanilla
a few tablespoons of sugar mixed with vanilla caramel
fruit for decoration (optional)
method:
Blanch the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until foamy.
Add the cream and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into ramekins.
Place the ramekins in a water bath.
Bake at 160 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes, remove from oven and let cool cream.
Place the ramekins in the refrigerator for 1heur.
Sprinkle with cream mixed with vanilla sugar.
Place the ramekins a few seconds under the broiler to caramelize the creme brulee
Or do caramelize the aid of a torch.
Decorate as per your taste.
