method:
Preheat oven to 150 ° C
Split your vanilla pod in half, scrape there to retrieve the small grains. Dive clove and vanilla seeds into the milk you make cool slightly
Beat egg yolks, sugar and water for a few minutes
Add the melted butter and warmed the mixture sifted flour and salt. Continue beating a few minutes to avoid lumps
Gradually add the warm milk and whisk gently. Beware the mixture is liquid, it is normal
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a few drops of lemon
Using a spatula or a wooden spatula gently fold your white several times. Feel free to "break" your whites gently against the edge of the plate for two phases: a frothy phase and a phase that will much more liquid
Pour your mixture into a silicone mold or Pyrex (buttered) and bake for 21 or 50 minutes
Let cool for at least one night in the refrigerator and sprinkle with icing sugar before serving
