stars sweet


ingredients:
60 g soft butter
50 g of brown sugar cane
60 g of honey
1 egg
240 g spelled flour complete
For the icing:
25 g of egg white
120g icing sugar
method :
1. In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar with an electric whisk. Stir the honey and egg.
2. Gradually add flour and finish kneading the dough on a work surface. Gather into a ball and let rest for 30 minutes in the fridge.
3. Flour your work surface and roll out the dough about 1 cm thick. Cut out stars with a cookie cutter.
4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 ° C.
5. Mix egg white with icing sugar for thick frosting. Put it in a freezer bag and cut a little tip of the bag to make a piping bag. Decorate the cookies icing.
