Basboussa without eggs recipe


ingredients:
2 cups semolina
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 box of yogurt
1 cup of tea coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 glass of milk
For the syrup:
1 cup sugar
3 cups water
1 cup of tea with lemon juice
method:
Preheat oven to 180 °. 

In a bowl, mix the yeast with semolina, coconut and sugar. Thereafter adding oil, yoghurt and milk. Bake for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the syrup by mixing all ingredients over low heat until syrupy. Remove from heat and let cool. Right out of the oven Basboussa, soak it with the syrup. Cut the eggs bassboussa without diamonds and serve.
