small cakes Based by coconut


ingredients:
- About 180 g flour
- 150 g grated coconut and mixed
- 100 g melted butter
- 100 ml of oil
- 90 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- Zest of one lemon
-For the decoration:
   a small pot of jam

method:

- mix the eggs with the sugar. and vanilla
- Add oil, melted butter and lemon zest and coconut mixed
- Mix the flour with the baking powder. then incorporated into the liquid mixture.
  - Place the balls on a parchment paper-lined mold space well as they take the volume of  cooking
  - Let the dough rest about 10 minutes and are fabricating balls the size of a walnut
  - Bake in a preheated oven at 180 about 10 to 15 minutes
