Fried fish fillets stuffed with cheese


ingredients:
2 to 3 fish fillet
4 potatoes, cooked and mashed
chopped parsley
1-2 cases flour
1 egg, beaten
cheese
eggs
breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
method:
Cook fish to steam then crush

In a large bowl mix the fish, mashed potatoes, parsley and egg.
Divide the mixture into small balls.
With floured hands form donuts, put a tsp cheese in the middle, close and flatten slightly.
Place the donuts in the beaten egg and then in breadcrumbs.
Bake in hot oil or oven
