small cakes


ingredients:
250 g flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
40g sugar
50 g butter
7 cups milk
1 egg
method :

1. Soften the butter and work it with your fingertips with flour. When the pieces of butter are no longer visible, add the sugar and yeast and mix.
2. Whisk the egg and milk, stir into flour. Mix without kneading too, may use a pastry blender to homogenize without giving elasticity to the dough.
3. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature, in terms of job well floured.
4. Spread about 1cm thick. Cut with a cookie cutter of 6 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet.
5. Bake 15 minutes in preheated oven at 180 ° C.
