Molasses cookies


ingredients:
½ cup molasses
½ cup sugar
¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 egg, beaten
½  teaspoon ground ginger
½  teaspoon cinnamon
a pinch of salt
½ cup milk
2 cups white flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½  teaspoon baking powder
method:

Preheat oven to 350 ° F / 180 ° C;
Mix molasses, sugar, brown sugar and melted butter;
Add the beaten egg, spices, salt, then the milk;
Sift together flour, baking powder and baking soda, then add all the liquid mixture until the mixture is well blended;
Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper;
Using a pastry bag, pour over the plate well spaced small bunch (about 1 tablespoon each.)
Bake the biscuits in the upper oven for 10 to 15 minutes;
Let them soften a bit before removing the plate.
