Panna Cotta way cappuccino


ingredients:
- 15 cl of milk.
- 20 cl of full cream.
- 1 tablespoon coffee extract.
- 6g gelatin powder.
- 30g of sugar.
- Whipped cream siphon realized
- Chocolate powder.
method:
-heat the milk and cream in a saucepan
with the sugar by stirring with a spoon in the first broth add the coffee extract and gelatin, stir and let cool fill your glasses and chill for 3 to 4 hours or even a morning just before serving put a layer of whipped cream and sprinkle the top with chocolate powder
