ingredients :
375 ml milk
50g sugar
30g cornflour
40 ml lemon juice
1 coffee spoon of lemon zest
40g butter
200g oreo cookie
2 tablespoons coconut soup
a little yellow coloring (optional)
method:
Put in a saucepan the milk, sugar, cornstarch, lemon zest and mix well with
a whisk.
Put the saucepan over low heat and cook, stirring occasionally until thickened.
Remove from heat, add lemon juice, butter and mix well.
crush the biscuits.
Pour a little cream into 4 ramekins.
Top with crushed cookies, then cream, crushed cookies and finally the cream.
Decorate with cookies and coconut or according to your taste.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
