White chocolate custard


ingredients:
1 liter of milk
200g white chocolate
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon and a half of agar
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
  decoration:
Milk jam doted
Ball in black and white chocolate
method:
Pour the milk into a saucepan, add the cornstarch, agar agar, stir and bring to the fire.
Add white chocolate, cut into pieces, boil and continue to stir until thickened.

Then remove from heat and add vanilla, stir and pour into molds or ramekins blanks.
Let cool, then refrigerate several hours.
Decorate by streaks of milk jam and sprinkle with chocolate balls.
