Iced diamond with sesame seeds


ingredients:
- 500g softened margarine
- 70g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup of tea with sesame seeds lightly toasted.
- 1 cup tea with orange blossom water.
- Flour depending on the consistency of the dough (about 800g).
For the filling:
- Icing Sugar.
method:
put the softened margarine with sugar and vanilla sugar, add sesame seeds and mix them together.

Then add the orange blossom water, baking powder and flour gradually.
The dough should be soft but not too much, enough to form the strands without sticking to fingers.
Divide the strands of about 2 cm wide and cut diamonds.
Bake, of leaving the oven, dip the diamonds directly in icing sugar.
