Light lemon cake with chocolate


ingredients:
4 egg whites
30g flour
40g cornflour
125g caster sugar
50g butter
Zest of one lemon
1/2 cc of lemon flavor
decoration:
Nutella and black and white chocolate pearls
method:
Beat the whites very firm egg whites, then stir with a wooden spoon, sugar, flour, cornstarch, butter, lemon zest and flavor, toss well.

Pour into a cake pan or missed and bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes th5.
Cool slightly and unmold.
Warm a little Nutella and decorate the whole top of the cake before dusting of chocolate pearl white and black.
