ingredients:
350 g of fine semolina
Sp 2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt to see
1 teaspoon baking powder
100g of melted butter
150 ml of milk
method:
In a bowl, combine the cornmeal, sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well.
Add the melted butter, stir for a pastry.
Add milk, stir and let the dough rest for about ten minutes until the couscous absorbs the butter and milk.
Sprinkle a little cornmeal on the worktop, roll out the dough over the hand and a rolling pin, cut circle using a cookie cutter or a glass.
Preheat oven then put the patties on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake until browned and cooked through.
Serve hot.
