White chocolate truffles with coconut


ingredients:
- 200g white chocolate.
- 10cl cream wasteland.
- 25g of butter.
- 1 pinch of cardamom powder.
- 1 pinch of cinnamon.
- 1/2cc water orange blossom.
- 50g coconut.
- Toasted coconut.

method:
-Heat the cream and butter in a pan without the boil and then add the cardamom, cinnamon and orange blossom water.

-Grate the white chocolate in a bowl and pour over the above mixture and mix.
-Shoot the preparation and set aside at least 4 hours in the refrigerator.
-Using a spoon, remove from the chocolate and form a ball and roll in toasted coconut do so with the remaining chocolate.
-Your truffles will keep in a cool place not more than 48 hours in a box.
