small cake with pistachios


ingredients:
150 g butter, softened
100 g caster sugar
200 g of wheat flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
30g icing sugar
50 g whole almonds
method :

1. Mix finely pistachios.
2. In a bowl, mix the powder with pistachio, almond powder and icing sugar. Add the egg whites and orange blossom water. You will have a smooth paste.
3. Divide the dough balls by rolling them in the palm of your hand.
4. Place a pistachio on top and sprinkle with icing sugar.
5. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the preheated oven at 180 C.
6. Let them cool, the cookies will harden slightly.
