ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon of instant coffee
2 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon.
3 eggs
1 tsp salt
200g flour
1 tablespoon water
1 cup peeled and chopped hazelnuts
200g dark chocolate
200g white chocolate
method:
Mix the butter with electric mixer for 30 seconds, then add the sugar, coffee powder, cinnamon, salt, eggs, nuts, water, mix all and add flour gradually until a paste is obtained . Cut the dough into two and leave aside 15 min.
Roll out dough using a roller. Form small circle cookie and place in the tray. Sprinkle with flour, then bake at 200 degrees for 25 min.
Put the biscuits in another tray and make butter in the oven for 12 minutes until crisp.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Place each cookie in both of chocolate
